Onboarding fails with Lithic errors

Check LITHIC_API_KEY, LITHIC_BASE_URL, LITHIC_WORKFLOW, and optional LITHIC_TEST_* identity values.

Agent card request returns 403

Open wallet policy and verify per-purchase, daily, monthly, and merchant constraints.

Webhook seems inactive

Confirm Lithic event subscription URL is https://tender.sh/api/webhook and LITHIC_WEBHOOK_SECRET is correct in Vercel.
